Randy's Appliance Service started with a simple idea: make appliance repair straightforward, affordable, and something customers don't dread. Over the years, we've grown from a one-person operation to a full team of certified technicians, but our core philosophy hasn't changed. Every customer deserves respect, every problem deserves a proper solution, and every job deserves our full attention.

Today, we serve hundreds of homes across northeastern North Carolina, handling everything from emergency refrigerator failures to routine dishwasher maintenance. And while we've repaired thousands of appliances, we still treat each call like it might be our first.
