We charge a $35 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. This covers our technician's time to diagnose the problem and provide you with a detailed estimate. No other hidden charges.

We provide a 90-day parts and labor warranty on all repairs. If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days, we'll fix it at no additional charge. We use quality replacement parts and stand behind our workmanship.

Generally, if the repair cost is less than 50% of the appliance's replacement value, repair makes sense. We provide honest assessments and will tell you if replacement is more economical. Many small appliances can be repaired for much less than buying new.
