Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling and using our appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Randy's Appliance Service provides professional repair services for small kitchen and household appliances throughout North Carolina. Our services include:
- On-site appliance repair and diagnosis
- Parts replacement and component repair
- Maintenance and troubleshooting services
- Emergency and same-day repair services (where available)
Service Areas and Availability
We provide service throughout North Carolina with same-day service available in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Durham, and Raleigh. Service availability and timing may vary based on location and demand. Extended coverage areas receive next-day or scheduled service.
Scheduling and Appointments
Service appointments can be scheduled by calling (252) 457-0388 or through our online contact form. We offer same-day service in our primary coverage areas when scheduled before 2 PM. Customers must be present during scheduled repair times.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a diagnostic fee charge.
Pricing and Payment
All service pricing is provided upfront before work begins. We charge a $35 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. Payment is due upon completion of service and can be made by cash, check, or major credit cards.
Estimates
We provide written estimates for all repairs. The actual cost may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. Any changes to the estimated cost will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Warranty
We provide a 90-day parts and labor warranty on all completed repairs. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and any parts used. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage not related to our repair work is not covered.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or issues not related to our repair work
- Damage caused by appliance misuse or neglect
- Loss of food or contents in appliances during repair
- Consequential or incidental damages
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to appliances for repair
- Remove personal items from work areas
- Inform us of any safety concerns or special circumstances
- Maintain the appliance according to manufacturer recommendations
Parts and Materials
We use quality replacement parts, either original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or equivalent aftermarket parts. All parts used in repairs are warranted for 90 days from installation date.
Privacy and Information
We respect your privacy and handle customer information according to our Privacy Policy. Service-related information may be retained for business and legal purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Randy's Appliance Service and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
